Baked graham cracker crust recipe.

- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs (about 10–12 whole crackers)
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 6 tablespoons butter, melted
- Optional: pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F(175°C)
- In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and sugar.
- Pour in the melted butter and mix until the crumbs are fully coated and the mixture resembles wet sand.
- Press the mixture firmly into a 9-inch pie dish, using the back of a measuring cup or glass to pack it evenly on the bottom and sides.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until lightly golden and fragrant.
- Let the crust cool completely before filling it with your no-bake cream cheese pie filling.
Notes
If you like a touch of cinnamon in your crust, add 1/2 teaspoon to the crumb mixture before adding butter. It goes beautifully with a cream cheese filling.
